Transformative Solutions and Consultation LLC or TSC, is a political consulting firm founded and run by Black left-wing community organizers and activists out of Buffalo, NY. 

TSC was founded in 2019 by Desmond Abrams, a longtime community organizer and activist, as well as the founder of the nonprofit Brothers Doing Better, an organization formed with the explicit intent of creating healthy examples of masculinity for male-identified people of color.

TSC was created to be a sustainable revenue source for Black and Brown activists in Buffalo, NY who were sick and tired of relying on wealthy donors and grant makers from the nonprofit sector.

TSC’s core values are anti-racism, abolitionism, mutual aid, restorative justice, and inclusion of all peoples into a more just and equitable society. 

TSC has worked on behalf of progressive causes and candidates since its inception.We do not take every dollar offered to us because it is important to us that we stick to our core principles and maintain our integrity at all costs.

We offer an array of services built around our principles and values such as political canvassing, petitioning, phone banking, and the facilitation of Diversity Equity and Inclusion workshops for organizations and small businesses looking to improve their workplace culture.

We are fundraising $15,000.00 so we can hire a new consultant to join the firm. One that can offer a unique perspective on gender and sexuality. Having another consultant who can give their personal lived experience and expertise to our clients will enormously improve our services for existing customers and attract new ones.

We also need better digital marketing and advertising for our firm and the services we provide. To accomplish this we will hire a digital marketing team to rebuild our business website, run our social media pages, and optimize our business’s presence on sites like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, and LinkedIn.

We expect to spend $5,000 on a new part-time consultant and $5,000 for a marketing team to work with us for at least two months. Anything we’re able to raise besides that will be used as working capital for the business.
