Tara Riesselman
Donation protected
Tara Riesselman, 36, has been diagnosed with liver and kidney failure. Beginning Labor Day 2018, she spent most of the following four months hospitalized. Tara is now in ICU at UIHC in Iowa City. She's currently undergoing treatment so her condition can improve enough to be put on a donor list for a new liver. Tara started a new job last Spring and does not have short or long term disability. She has missed nearly four months of work, which has depleted her savings. Tara's Mom, Paula, has been in Iowa City daily with Tara. Donations are being requested to assist with Tara's expenses that are falling to her mother to take on, and also to help defray the cost of meals, motel rooms, parking, etc. for Paula, so she can continue to be with Tara, who's condition changes rapidly. In addition, Tara's medical bills have started to pile up over the past four months. This is an urgent situation. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please, keep Tara and Paula in your prayers! If you're able to donate, it will be very much appreciated--if you are not in a position to donate, we ask that you pray for Tara to grow strong enough to receive a new liver. Thank you & God Bless you, The Family of Tara and Paula Riesselman
