Rent assistance - starting a new life

This is a plea to help my daughter to move to a safer location where her ex will not know. The soon-to-be ex was diagnosed bi-polar but refuses medication/treatment. He is currently being held in a mental facility, after being picked up by police, but he will be released next week. She desperately needs to move but cannot afford first and last month's rent most places require. She has a remote in-home job she doesn't want to lose so she is trying to find a place she can afford with her son. Two bedrooms are hard to find let alone afford two month's rent in advance. Her salary will pay rent but needs help with up-front costs to move. Please help if you can. Thank you!
