Kim Carter.  A wife, a mother, a follower of Christ, a teacher, a friend, a warrior.  

Kim has been through unimaginable treatments, countless surgeries, ongoing invasive biopsies, and intrusive necessary therapy.  Colorectal Cancer is  beyond any kind of awful you can imagine. 

As if being stripped of every ounce of a “normal” life isn’t enough, the Carters are being hit hard with medical bills from all directions.  Craig Carter describes it as “the wolves are circling the house”.  The wolves want every last piece of this family’s life.  

Craig is working two jobs, and looking for a third. Kim is climbing her way back to work as reported on social media: 

This Warrior is going back to work tomorrow morning for the first time since she was hospitalized on February 13th!!

Although Kim is returning to the classroom tomorrow, it is on a part-time basis until the first week in May when we pray she has recovered more of her physical strength.

Thankfully Kim has an Awesome Team of Doctors overseeing her case. She has also been approved (& already attended 5 appointments) for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to help reduce some of the acquired side effects from her internal radiation treatments from last year.

Please keep her in your hearts and prayers for the remainder of this school year - Kim may seem to have super human strength at times, but this Wonder Woman will be teaching high school students with a Colostomy Bag / a Liver Shunt / Kidney Stents✝️❤️

It’s time to to beat back the wolves.  THIS BEAUTIFUL FAMILY DESERVES A BREAK.  Let’s carry them forward.  They will not walk alone.  Kim is a Warrior.  She needs a WIN.  She deserves a WIN.
