The Everett Family

After a long fight with his illness, Spencer wenthome to be with the Lord. I have changed this GoFundMe for memorial and funeral expenses.

 My name is Breeann Anderson and Spencer Everett is my boyfriend's father. I would like to tell you a little about him and his family.

 Spencer Everett has been on a medical journey since November of 2018. He has a rare malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (Neurofibrosarcoma), which affects less than 1% of all new cancer cases.  Since that time, he has made many trips from Odessa to Dallas for endless doctor visits and countless surgeries. His wife, Kristy, is always by his side for these trips and hospital stays. Their son, Aiden, is now a freshman soccer player at Beloit University in Wisconsin. Their daughter, Neleigh, attends Odessa College while raising her son and partnering with local organizations that help people stay on their path to sober living after their addictions. Spencer is very proud of his loving, caring family.

 When I first started this GoFundMe in October 2019, I wanted to help relieve the financial burden that was placed on them when Spencer had surgery. He was doing well after the surgery; however, during the Summer 2020, he was given some unexpected news. The cancer had mutated and spread to other areas of his body. Spencer and Kristy are now required to travel to Dallas frequently for chemotherapy treatments.

 With the expenses quickly adding up again, I wanted to update and refresh the information so that anyone who would like to help could do so. It would be a huge blessing to the Everetts. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated.
