The Harry Wood Trust

The Harry Wood Trust is a charitable trust established in memory of Harry Wood, a passionate footballer who inspired generations through his dedication to the game. The Trust exists to honour his legacy by giving every child the opportunity to follow in his footsteps, regardless of their financial background.

The Trust’s mission is to advance amateur sport and youth development by providing free football boots and equipment to children and young people from low-income families. Our aim is to remove financial barriers to participation in grassroots football, supporting the next generation of players in kickstarting their journeys — from school teams to local clubs and beyond.

Through donations, fundraising, and partnerships with community organisations, The Harry Wood Trust will ensure that no child is left on the sidelines due to lack of resources.
