Who We Are:

At The Bodega Lounge NYC, we are more than just a wine lounge and cafe. We are a community-driven space founded by Cat B, aka "Bodega Cat." With a vision inspired by the love and guidance of her late mother, a black woman who dedicated her life to healthcare and community empowerment, our space is built on the principles of inclusivity, diversity, and the strength found in communal support. We invite you to join our tribe, a family of creatives, entrepreneurs, and dreamers, as we build a haven where everyone can show up as they are and just be.

What We Will Offer:

Step into a world where Afro-Caribbean-European influences blend seamlessly, where every sip tells a story, and every corner holds a space for connection. The Bodega Lounge NYC offers an intimate setting with 20 seats inside, featuring a lounge bench, a cozy corner, a meeting table, and a 9-seat bar. Immerse yourself in a rotating selection of black, brown, and woman-owned wine and spirit offerings, complemented by curated programming from creatives of color. From LGBTQ community honors and Trans Women Honoring to Open Mic nights, workspaces, happy hours, comedy shows, and delightful food pop-ups, our space is designed to be a dynamic hub for community, celebration, and growth.

Embracing the spirit of Little Caribbean, we honor and preserve the rich culture of the community while providing a unique wine experience featuring BIPOC and Queer/Women-owned brands and businesses.
