Support Tim Eanes' Family in Their Grief

Hi, I'm setting this up to help raise funds for the funeral of my father, Timothy Keith Eanes. The amount set should be enough to cover all of our funeral expenses.
Tim Eanes was an amazing and loving father, husband, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family, caring for our pets, helping those in need, and riding motorcycles. He began his career as an HVAC technician and started his own business, Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning. The care and respect my father showed to his customers have really helped shape me as a person. After his business ended, he worked as a truck driver for Warren Trucking Co., where he made many friends and acquaintances. The love I have for my father is unmatched, and I can truly say he was one of a kind.
The tragic and untimely death of my father was due to drowning in the horrible swimming conditions at Myrtle Beach on Thursday, May 16th. There were heavy undercurrents as a result of the rainy days leading up to May 16th. In addition to this water turbulence, according to my mother and family who were present during this horrible tragedy, there were no posted flags warning beachgoers of the water dangers that day. Please excuse me for adding this upcoming information, but my mother had to watch my father's body float in the ocean for what she said was 15 minutes, pleading with others to help him until finally, after this time had passed, a lifeguard appeared to assist my father. Needless to say, family, friends, and I are unbelievably distraught about this entire situation. I have so many questions as to why it took the Myrtle Beach lifeguards so long to respond to an emergency when they, of all people, should have been informed about the dangers of the water that day.
This is an extremely difficult time for our family, and any help you're able to offer is greatly appreciated. The funeral will be held at Wright's Funeral Services on Monday, May 20th at 4:00pm. Visitation will be for 30 minutes and if you are reading this and want to attend you are more than welcomed to.
Thank you,
Joshua Keith Eanes
