Together for Cristian!

Good evening ladies and gentlemen.

My name is Harold Urquijo, and today I come to you with a heavy heart. You see, our brother and friend, Cristian Urquijo 31, of Columbus, GA was just diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Cristian is husband and father of a two year old son.

In that he is hospitalized and out of work, my brother Cristian cannot generate an income, hence as you can imagine, his resources/funds are extremely limited and we need your help!

The first part of his chemotherapy treatment is being done at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA. The cost of health insurance, long hospitalization, medicines, and transportation from and to the hospital, are just a few of the expenses my family and I must cover, in order to give our brother a fighting chance.

We are shooting for a goal of $35,000, which would allow Cristian the possibility of accessing the appropriate treatment with the best specialists here at Emory hospital in the company of loved ones. Our family’s goal is not money… Our end state is to return Christian back to his home with his wife and son, where he can continue his recovery in order to return to the workplace and God permitting, live a normal lifestyle with his family.
