Disabled and Trapped

I am a 60 year-old man living alone in rural West Virginia. I moved here 7 years ago. I did not forsee my health degenerating as quickly as it has. I'm trying to get by on Social Security Disability payments of $900 per month. My family is back in New England. I can no longer take care of myself or my home due to emphysema, nerve damage from 2 back breaks, scoliosis  and chronic pain. I must find a way to get out of my situation and there is no help from State organizations. To sell my home I must replace a rotted front roof, a collapsing rear retaining wall (which supports my back porch) and have the house cleaned from top to bottom. All of this will cost approximately $7000. I know no one here. I cannot even pack my belongings due to my physical limitations. I am currently trapped. Being alone never bothered me much, but being sick and alone is quite a different story.
