We have been advised that Willamette National Cemetery will only accept 3 flower arrangements for a memorial service. Lucy was the bright spot in V’s life, her little angel who called her GG, and was a constant source of joy and immense pride to her. Lucy is wheelchair-bound and will require a lifetime of extensive physical therapy and home care that insurance will not cover.
