Violet & Noelle’s defense fund

Our names are Violet Clarke and Noelle Burton.

We are being sued by a Lake Norman developer named Jake Palillo.

We published information obtained via the Freedom of Information Act to the community to make others aware of his latest proposal “Lagoona Bay.”

Violet started an online petition opposing the development and to date it has 5,471 signatures. The numbers grow by the day.

Noelle started a Facebook group called Huntersville Unmasked to share information about the project. In just two weeks it has grown to almost 450 members.

This is a frivolous lawsuit. Mr Palillo initiated this case to intimidate us and anyone else that disagrees with him and this project.

Please help us stop this insanity. We want only what is good for our community and we are willing to stand up for what is right for the town of Huntersville, NC.
