Hello, my name is Tiffany McNair and I am a black business owner who owns the Volume Hair Salon in Englewood, New Jersey.  I have been a licensed beautician for over 20 years.  It had always been a dream of mine to own a beauty salon and in July 2019 that dream became a reality.  My vision is to own a salon that services the community by offering a place where women, men, and children can experience peace and relaxation while getting their hair done. 

               However, I had to close the salon doors on March 15, 2020 because of mandatory quarantines due to COVID-19.  It has been difficult maintaining the rent and utility requirements during this time.  I applied for assistance under the COVID-19 Relief for Small Business Act of 2020, however, like many small businesses I was denied.  Now, I am reaching out to my community, family, and friends for donations to help the Volume Salon.  The goal is to raise $15,000 to cover the cost of rent and utilities for April, May, and June.
