On August 25, 2014 at 1:30 pm members from the Kennewick, WA community assembled at the flag pole  of Kennewick Fire Department in honor of those who lost their lives fighting the fires and the one in critical condition.

There was a moment of silence, and then we sang our National Anthem.

Fire Chief Vince Beasley retired the flag in honor of those who lost their lives.
