Walk for Gaza - D15&7 solidarity fundraiser

Local group D15 With Palestine organised a fantastic community walk on 8 September to keep the attention of the world and of our community on Gaza and build real solidarity. We are asking for a last few donations now before we close our Go Fund Me. Please can you donate as the 1 year anniversary approaches ?

But we also want to raise funds for those wounded, bereaved and displaced by the ongoing genocide. This go Fund Me is organised by me as a member of the local group for any donations connected to the walk.

The Lancet medical journal estimates the real figure for the number of people killed in Gaza is at least 186,00, with untold injuries and devestation.

Our group is made up of ordinary residents who have organised many solidarity events and the group has members of the local Palestinian community active in it. These Palestinians, based in Blanchardstown, have themselves had to flee Palestine. Some are refugees, others are Irish citizens. The funds raised will be given directly to Palestinians in the local area. They will ensure through their networks that it gets sent directly to Gaza to people, families and communities impacted by the genocide.

Please donate, share and join the walk. It starts at 1pm from Blanchardstown Village on Sunday 8 September and finishes in the Millennium Park for refreshments.
