WangTing's Children's Educational Fund

In the wake of Ting’s tragic passing HuaHsia Chinese School and her friend Ngaia have set up a funding page for her children’s higher education. Education was so important to Ting and was her chosen profession. She brought such vitality and commitment to teaching both Mandarin and Chinese culture, her passion inspiring so many.

However in early June this year she was diagnosed with a grade 4 brain tumour. A month later on July 1st she passed away. Her two wonderful daughters Sophia and Shenna now aged 8 and 6 have had their future forever and irrevocably altered with the sudden loss of their beloved mother. Ting was an incredibly warm, engaged and devoted mother. It was her dream that one day both her girls would develop their potential fully and graduate from college.

Now this is our chance to help support her dream and to try and make a difference at this distressing time. While we have set a modest goal of £10,000 we hope to raise as much as we can. All monies raised will be be split into two accounts for the girls to be used later for their college funds. While nothing can ease her family’s pain we hope that we can help her deserving children on their long journey ahead.
