We are re-homing our award winning Pre-school!

Hello, my name is Amy Reiter and I am helping to raise money to re-home our one-of-a-kind STEAM based preschool program.   Formerly known as the RMSC Preschool, we have operated on the campus of the Rochester Museum & Science Center for over 45 years. Our award winning play-based program which has serviced nearly 4000 children in the greater Rochester community, has helped to foster a unique love of learning and build positive lifelong relationships among our students and parents. Sadly, RMSC is no longer going to support the preschool and we will be closing at the end of this school year.


In response, we feel that it is essential that our program survive and we are making it happen! We are so excited to begin a new chapter and introduce Rochester families to the Discovery Academy of Science & Art Preschool (DASA Preschool)! Our new entity maintains our STEAM philosophy (Science, Technology, Engineering, Process Art and Math) plus Literacy, and will continue to provide the same stellar program including RMSC experiences for our students. Parent partnerships and community engagement will support our class experiences.
