Handicap / wheelchair ramp van

I am now 61 years old and was the owner of a third generation auto sales and service business which was started in 1925. In July of 2012, I was taken to the hospital in severe pain and unable to move. I went into a septic coma suffering from a blood infection. After antibiotic treatments I was revived but had lost control of my left arm and my legs. I also lost bladder control and needed to be put on kidney dialysis. I was then transferred from ICU in the hospital to Good Shepherd therapy hospital. There I had physical and occupational therapy to gain back some control and build back some muscle. From there I went to Manor Care nursing and rehab facility, where I still am today. Here I have regained most of my strength and body control, however I still am unable to walk. My business and all it's assets have been sold to pay my mortgage. My only income at this time is Social Security Disability. I'm asking for funding for a handicap accessible van which will be one step towards helping me to regain my independence. My hope is to leave here and be independent. A van will greatly help me with my transportation to and from dialysis three times a week, and help me to experience my lost freedom. Thank you to all for your consideration.
