Wife fighting for her children against VA Senator

As some of you may know and to those who don’t, Myrna Morrissey is currently embattled in a volatile divorce and custody proceeding with Virginia State Senator Joseph D. Morrissey.

Anyone who lives in the city of Richmond, VA knows the reputation Joe Morrissey carries with his checkered past spanning 3 decades; just google it if you don’t.

Myrna was groomed at a very young age and naively went on to marry this predator. Over time Myrna gave birth to three beautiful children whom are her world and they absolutely adore their mother.

In 2019, Myrna and Joe separated as a result of the many years of anguish she endured. Myrna has since been seeking a divorce to no avail.

Joe, in true narcissist behavior has stalled this proceeding and prevented Myrna from moving on with her life although he, himself went on to father 2 additional children outside his marriage in 2022.

Myrna has been ousted and retaliated against for speaking her truth. Senator Morrissey has made false allegations against her that has led to her children being removed from her care. Myrna has been the primary caretaker of their children together and also his other child from a previous relation.

Having been an attorney for decades he is now unjustly using the court system and his connections to further and continue silencing Myrna.

To know Myrna is to know that she is nothing short of an outstanding, loving and protective mother to her three children.

Joe Morrissey, a former Commonwealth’s attorney currently serves on the Senate Judiciary committee which has the power to appoint or remove judges; please keep this in mind. There is no doubt he knows how to use the legal system to his advantage.

Myrna needs a powerhouse of an attorney to represent her during this matter to ensure she is treated fairly and just.
