We're building a brick and mortar bakery in Corvallis, Oregon! We know that many of you want to help us in this big, new venture; we know, because after baking artisan bread and whole grain pastries in our home for nine years, you still want more! And we just can't do more in our tiny space. (See all those happy employees? They can't all work at the same time.)
We've been in the design-and-build process for over a year and we're getting closer to moving to our new location. It's time to help fund our two exciting completion projects:

And the biggest single piece of equipment (and the two installers who built it in place!) so we can bake all that bread you want
-- Steam deck oven, shipping and installation ($50,000)
If we exceed our initial goal, we'll know there will be additional opportunities to use your contributions: exterior signs, sidewalk furniture, and unexpected final costs. We are choosing local contractors, builders, and producers and are willing to pay their small-business prices to keep money circulating in our community.
Who are we? We are a Community Supported Bakery, owned by April and Craig Hall Cutting. We are committed to strengthening our local food system and using local and regional organically grown grain. Almost all of our ingredients are organic -- to sustain the earth and offer you clean, safe food. Your enthusiasm for our delicious breads and pastries brings us joy! We look forward to welcoming you to our new shop in the fall of 2022.
