Help Pay William's Medical Expenses

Our good friend William was attacked early last week leaving a coffee shop after a long day of working on his dissertation. He has since been in the hosptial recovering from 5 stab wounds that injured his lung and kidney. We are asking for your help to raise funds to help pay for his medical expenses.

As a graduate student, William and his family will likely struggle to pay for this unexpected cost. We're hoping these funds will help make this experience a little less difficult. Even though he is eager to get back into the classroom and work on his dissertation, we hope these funds will take the financial pressure out of that decision and give him some time to recover

William is one of the kindest and most giving people that we've had the honor of calling our friend. If you've ever met him, you know that. He is constantly helping his family and friends, tirelessly suporting his students, and rescuing abandoned or hurt animals. He gives himself, his time, and his heart to anyone he meets who needs it.  We are hoping that the community he has built will help support him in this time of need.

If you are able, please donate what you can.  Also, please know that two of William's friends have committed to making donationtions to covering the fees associated with your donation. If you choose to have your fees deducted from your donation then they will make a donation equal to the fees at the end of the campaign!
