You're our last hope, help us retreive our life!

Dear world.

I’m fatma from gaza strip, I’m the youngest daughter in my family, a family who are trying to survive while living in the middle of Genocide.

After 7 October 2023, our life has turned upside down , we didn’t realize anything is happening to us until we found ourselves without home , shelter nor food or water then we tried to cling to life!

we were like all of you , having a life ! A warm home and a normal day ,a lovely small family and i was trying to develop my career and take care of my little cat . Suddenly all of this gone!

We wake up early in 7 October and left our home with no goodbyes and now we will never go back . A home full filled with love has been now destroyed. And we lost everything we have. Our home , stuff , my favorite mug , my dear cat bosa , our favorite sofa and all our favorite things.

after first evacuations in 7 October, we was stay near al Quds hospital, where was a hard situation there as we may evacuated it 3 times because of the bombing near us ( and believe me it’s so hard to return to a place that you already evacuated because you don’t have any else ) and then retained to it again because we have no place to go after !

in 14 October was the second evacuation we go to south (the safe area as they say) and stay in khanyounies, we live a difficult days or maybe months trying to find food , water and medicines as it was like a miracle to find ! And also some clothes as we was evacuated with our summery ones which was difficult to find . I figured out that Trying to be alive it’s very hard thing :( .

Then What we were afraid of happened, we were not able to sleep or do anything because of the bombing that was near us and not even to go out and searching for food ! Which made us evacuate one more time.

in 23 dec we evacuated to Rafah (which also was a safe area as they say) , we lived a days of fear and with horrible feelings thinking of what next ? Where we will go after ? And how we will survive? And I wasn’t have any choice.

we are now a forced displacement family trying to survive from a Genocide and need your help .

Our family home is gone as you can see in the picture, we have no home anymore.

and i have lost my dear cat bosa

I hope that she will be in a better place now

we are facing so many challenges to be alive.

as we can’t have a normal day without fighting to get some water (if it was drinkable one) , food and bread.

we are alone , and we are forced to live in terrible conditions and live with fear!

we have no place to go to, and no place is safe for us. Even the safe area as they say it’s not!
