The Bay Area Youth Leaders Coalition is committed to equipping those working with youth—leaders, teachers, parents, coaches, and volunteers—with the tools they need to support the next generation. Our comprehensive approach includes mental health training, hands-on ministry coaching, and guidance in soul care, ensuring that youth leaders are not only equipped to care for their students but also sustain their own well-being.

We’re aiming to raise $10,000 to offer free Mental Health First Aid, soul care coaching, and ministry training across the Bay Area locations. These funds will cover trainer fees, materials, and ensure that leaders can access vital one-on-one coaching to strengthen their personal resilience and ministry impact.
