A Beacon of hope for the AlSafadi Family in Gaza

A once-inspiring phrase that marked the beginning of my coding journey, symbolizing hope and possibilities. I've proudly worn the titles of an ambitious Android Developer, a recent Google Dev Expert, and a Woman Techmaker Ambassador. However, these achievements now fade in the shadow of the relentless aggression we're enduring here in Gaza Strip. This onslaught has mercilessly stripped away my office, my job, and most recently, my cherished home. Now, the haunting fear of losing my family and dreams grips me.

In the depths of this crisis, I find myself shouldering an immense responsibility, as I am the sole provider for my family. The weight of ensuring their safety and well-being rests solely on my shoulders, adding an extra layer of urgency and desperation to my plea for assistance.

Today, I am desperately reaching out for your help and support. The urgency is palpable as I plead for assistance to lead my family out of the besieged Gaza Strip, to escape the devastating impact of conflict, and to rekindle the flickering flames of our dreams before they are extinguished. Your empathy, humanity, and support are the beacons of hope that can help us rebuild shattered lives and pursue the dreams we hold dear.

We're embarking on a journey toward new dreams and life, driven by faith and hope. The daunting cost of relocating 5 members of the AlSafadi family, including my parents (Alaa Alsafadi and Reem Alsafadi), a sister (Laila Alsafadi), a brother (Abdul Rahman Alsafadi), and me (Qamar Alsafadi), ranges from $6,000 to $7,000 per person.

This campaign will cover passport fees $500,

various border fees $7,000,

border and transportation costs $150-$200,

and initial settling-in expenses in Egypt.
