A Beautiful Goodbye for a Beloved Mother

Before I begin, I want to acknowledge and give thanks to those who continue reading and assisting to put our mom to rest.

For it is with heavy hearts to describe how difficult it's been for my mom.

With many hospital visits.

Leticia Diaz didn't recognize much of her surroundings having to call 911.

I had high hopes they had a better idea on what's happening to our mom or

If not a better idea but a plan to extend her life.

But unfortunately after many blood draws, urine sample, IV and many ultrasounds. I was informed that cancer has spead throughout the liver and many other places in the body. After 4 hours the IV Hydration almost immediately caused even more swelling in the body.

Doctor was very ignorant, very blunt and said everything my heart wasn't ready to hear again. Her body is going through sepsis, her body is slowly giving up, causing infection and discomfort throughout her body

I had no choice but to take her home as I know she wouldn't want her last days to be in a hospital.

Leticia Diaz tried her absolute best in these past 7 months fighting for her life.

Leticia Diaz was fighting to overcome the cancer.

Fighting for her to relive her life differently.

Fighting for her to be a better person coming out of this what seems a nightmare.

Leticia Diaz is no longer with us.

As her own body has betraying her.

Leticia Diaz tried her best to overcome this battle with cancer.

But unfortunately passed away October 8th 2024.
