A bread lab for Tobia: bringing back the taste of real bread
Donation protected
Hello everyone, I'm Tobia, a passionate baker with a dream: to bring back the authentic taste of homemade bread to my neighborhood.
Every day, I carefully knead genuine ingredients: water, organic flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt. The result is bread that tastes like home, like tradition, with flavors that bring people together.
My greatest joy is seeing the happiness on the faces of those who taste my bread. I started giving it to neighbors and the homeless, and this activity has become my reason for living, a way to share a gesture of kindness and closeness.
My dream is to turn this passion into a job, a service for my community. I don't want a shop, but a workshop where I can knead and bake bread, and then personally deliver it to people's homes, as a sign of attention and care.
Unfortunately, our financial situation doesn't allow us to realize this dream. That's why I need your help.
The goal of this fundraiser is to set up a small breadmaking studio in my neighborhood in Torremolinos, equipped with the essential tools and compliant with health regulations. With your support, I will be able to:
- Purchase a professional electric oven, a dough mixer, and a work table.
- Obtain the necessary certifications and permits.
- Pay the first month's rent for the workshop.
Every donation, even the smallest, is a brick to build a better future for our neighborhood. Together, we can bring back the taste of homemade bread and the value of closeness into people's lives.
To share this journey with you, I've created a Facebook group where you can follow the project's progress, exchange recipes and ideas, and feel part of this small community that's being born:
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. Together, we can bake a better future.
