A Campaign to Return a Mother's Ashes

Hello, my name is Andrew and I am raising funds to help one of my oldest friends, Masai, bring his mother home from Bulgaria after she passed away unexpectedly.

My friend and I have been close since we were kids in Jamaica. We grew up together and moved to England around the same time. Those who knew us back then knew that where there was one there was the other. Unfortunately, my friend's mother recently passed away, so again we will be together in this also.

She was away from her home in Britain helping others less fortunate than herself and her family lost contact with her for several weeks. Masai, bravely went in search of her himself in Bulgaria and unfortunately, the worst has come to pass.

My friend's family does not have the financial resources to cover the costs associated with his mother's cremation and return to Britain. To help ease this burden, I have started this GoFundMe to raise enough money to pay for my friend's mother's cremation and associated costs to get her back to her family.

Any amount that you can give would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go towards covering the costs of the cremation and bringing the ashes home.
