‘A Cancer Diagnosis is Dark but Lexi Shines Brighter!’

Since July 2023, our beloved Lexi, a cherished daughter, aunt, sister, friend, world traveling entrepreneur and nail artist has been struggling with health complications. At the time, medical experts suggested the symptoms were due to fibroids or PCOS and to just let it pass. However, in March 2024, Lexi was hit with the gut wrenching news… Stage 4A/B Cervical Cancer; and unfortunately, it is aggressive.

In the span of 4 weeks, Lexi has had 8 emergency blood transfusions and needed immediate radiation and chemotherapy. It is a heavy blow and is hitting us all hard. But if anyone can kick cancer's butt, it's Lexi.

Lexi isn't just your average nail artist. She's like the Beyoncé of nails, bringing her A-game and infectious energy to every client. Her talent, humor, and kindness lights up the room. She's a friend, a confidante, a shoulder to lean on when times get tough. Through the test of time and chaos of COVID-19, she has been there for us, providing a sense of normalcy, comfort, support and encouragement. Lexi is more than just a nail guru; she's family. She opens up her heart and her home to her clients and friends, creating bonds stronger than gorilla glue.

As Lexi is fighting this beast head-on, it's our turn to show up for her. With her trademark positivity and determination, Lexi's refusing to let cancer win. Amidst the whirlwind of medical appointments and uncertainties, the financial burden of radiation, chemotherapy, and other necessary treatments weighs heavily on Lexi.
