My beautiful wife has lung cancer can u help

Hi all my name is Daniel I am setting up this gofund me reluctantly to ask for help my beautiful wife Aoife age 34 who was diagnosed with stage 3b lung cancer in September 2021.

The doctors say they cant operate as the tumour was too big and spread to lymph nodes. We have managed but it's not easy every penny I have goes on keeping bill down heating going car ect it's just been hard. My wife is such a trooper she has tried to keep her spirit good but with 4 kids it's not easy her treatment so far has been going well she has had 6 chemo and 17 radiation therapy with 13 more to go then hopefully just a year of immunotherapy

we are asking for help to make this journey a bit easier we would like to do something with our kids after this but with all our money going on bills food and care for my wife I can't save anything my wife worked in a childcare setting she was the bread winner our income is half of what it was I hate asking for help with this as we have doing nearly everything ourself cancer is no joke and the worry of all this has had an big impact on me and my family I can only watch and pray.

In December 30th my dad 2018 died then on the December 29 2019 my mum died it has not been easy at all. So any help will go to fun and happy times for my family please don't give if u cannot your family always comes 1st. Any help greatly appreciated.
