ሰላም ንዓኹም ! ኣነ ሓውኹም ኣብርሃም ገብረእየሱስ ዝተበሃልኩ ኣባል 20 ዙርያ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት፣ ኣባል ሚንስትሪ ጥዕና ዞባ ጋሽ ባርካ ባረንቱ ብምኻን ን17 ዓመታት ክሰርሕ ዝጸናሕኩ ኮይነ በዓል ሓዳርን ኣቦ ሓንቲ ውሉድን እየ። ካብ 2008 ዓ.ም ጀሚሩ ናይ ዓይኒ ጸገም ማለት ጸቅጢ ዓይኒ (Glaucoma/Ocular pressure) ኣገጢሙኒ። በዚ ድማ ኣብ 2012 ዓ.ም ክልቲኤን የዕንተይ መጥባሕቲ ኣካይደ እዚ ግና ዕዉት ኣይነበረን፣ ዳግማይ ናይ የማነይቲ ዓይነይ ጸቕጢ ኣዝዩ ስለዝበርትዐ ካልኣይ መጥባሕቲ ክገብር ተገዲደ እዚ ውን ከምቲ ትጽቢት ዝተገበረሉ ዕዉት ኣይነበረን፣ እዃ ድኣ መመሊሱ ክገድድን ክርኢ ኣብ ዘይክእለሉ ደርጃ ስለዝበጻሕኩ፣ ናብራይን ዕለታዊ ህይወተይን ክመርሕ ኣብ ዘይክእለሉ ደረጃ ይርከብ።

For the past 16 years, I have been battling glaucoma, a condition that has significantly affected my vision due to elevated ocular pressure. My journey began in Eritrea, where I first noticed the symptoms. In 2012, I underwent surgery on my left eye, hoping for relief and improved sight. Unfortunately, despite this intervention, my condition did not improve as expected.

I faced further challenges when I had to undergo two additional surgeries on my right eye. Each procedure brought hope but ultimately led to disappointment as recovery was not as successful as anticipated. The ongoing struggle with glaucoma has not only impacted my vision but also placed a heavy financial burden on me.

Recently, I relocated to Turkey in search of better medical care and support. However, the costs associated with treatment are overwhelming, and I find myself unable to afford necessary medical expenses. In an effort to seek help, I turned to GoFundMe to raise funds for my ongoing treatment and care. My story is one of resilience amidst adversity as I continue to fight for my vision and well-being.
