A Call for Help from a DUI Victim
Donation protected
Hello! This is me, my brother, and parents.
My dad, Mark Sedlak, was in a really bad accident on the night of January 31st, 2025. He was the victim of a head-on collision caused by a drunk driver. He’s at the hospital and will be for several more weeks. He has undergone lots of operations and procedures with more to come. He will never fully recover. He has permanent injuries. His life will never be the same.
On that fateful day, he was left to fight for his life as the collision made our van crush in on him and into his body. The impact of this accident is more than devastating. He has been in excruciating pain.
On top of the physical and emotional pain this accident is causing, is the insurmountable financial burden forced upon my family…
He is a husband, father, role model, civil air patrol member, hunter, fisherman, volunteer, motorcyclist, engineer, and a hero… but most importantly my dad. He has been a jolly, kindhearted, selfless person his whole life and has saved multiple lives. Help us save his.
Your generosity and kindness will help my dad focus on healing and renavigating his life. Please share this page with others. Together, we can make a difference and show my dad that he is not alone in this fight.
Life is precious. Help us to raise Drunk Driving Awareness by posting this link in all your different social media accounts. Help us to provide my dad with resources that help him manage this life altering experience. Let's give him some encouragement that helps keep him pushing through every day of his difficult and lengthy recovery.
Thank you to all of the good samaritans on site, first responders, and medical staff who saved my dad's life!
