A Dad's Journey Through Pain and Loss

Hello I have a bad few couple of months, I have suffered from severe chronic gout since I was 18, I'm 35 now and it's gotten worse. In late February I was at my limit of dealing with the pain so I went to the hospital only to be sent home with Tylenol but I got home to my car burning down in my driveway on its own. My car was totaled and was currently insured. My only source of transportation to work and taking my daughter to school. I struggled for the next week getting to work and dealing with the increasing pain and went back to the hospital were I was admitted for 9 and finally had my first surgery in the beginning of March. That surgery went absolutely bad, the surgeon didn't do a good job and I was left in worse pain than ever before with severe infection. I went back and admitted again for 10 days on IV antibiotics and had my second surgery where they left me completely open with my bone (joint) exposed and in so much pain. I was told I would have to recover like this this and I will be in recovery for several months. I also lost my job while in the hospital because I was within the 90 day probation period. I'm currently struggling with my expenses and with a vehicle to get my daughter to school without having to ask my mother to take her for me. My medical bills are high and even though I have insurance some.meds aren't covered neither was home care. Getting to appointments is hard without a vehicle, I won't qualify for snap benefits to help out as well. So now I'm reaching out here for some possible help. It's embarrassing to ask but I have no other choice at the moment. Thank you.
