A Daughter's Angel- Memorial for Belinda Banks

Donation protected
My name is LaMarr Banks-Pinnock, the daughter of Belinda Banks.  On 2/13/21, a few days before her 70th Birthday, my mom became ill and had to be admitted into the hospital.  On 2/15/21,  it was learned that my mom and brother both tested postive for COVID -19.  My brother recovered.  However, my mother's health continued to decline.  A day after her birthday, on 2/20/21, my mother had to be placed on a ventilator and remained in an induced coma until she passed away on 3/10/21 due to COVID-related heart failure.  My mother was a gem and would light up the room with her beautiful smile and presence.  She was my light and protector; she was my Angel.  In her honor, I ask that we all stand in solidarity  and dim the lights on COVID in efforts to put in an end to this raging pandemic which has killed so many of our loved ones by loving each other and protecting ourselves as well as those around us.  My mother was a very active  and loyal member of Union (Local 372) where she was involved in various activities and causes.  I would like to donate a portion of the funds in memory of Belinda Banks to the Women's Committee of Local 372 COVID relief Scholarship fund for impacted families of COVID.
