Support a Landmark Divorce Case

7 years ago my father, ex-wife and their lawyers set out in my divorce to leave me homeless and bankrupt.

7 years on and I'm still fighting. We're on the verge of winning the most significant divorce case the UK has ever seen.

My father is under investigation for crimes by the Guernsey BAR Association and Guernsey Financial Services Commission, who are protecting him from accountability.

He is a leader of the evangelical church of the past 40 years and an advocate for religious liberties. However, the actions he has taken against me are documented and on legal record.

Formal complaints have also been made against other lawyers involved in this case and further complaints are being prepared.

The judge in the case is one of the highest judges in the UK family court and is considered to be one of the most honest. Her reputation is excellent. Permission for a new application has been given. We need your help in making this happen.

I have been trying to prove that a fair outcome is available in the Family Court (winning= fair outcome).

Upon winning we will use everything we have learned to help other men and women who are having their divorce's weaponized against them. Together we will ensure that no-one ever needs to go through divorce proceedings alone and they can always find the emotional and legal support they need.

With the help of legal academics and others we have already created one of the most significant libraries of resources for those going through divorce. We will also use donations to publish this information and make available to all for free at all times and permanently.

Abuse during divorce is unacceptable for anyone, man or woman, young or old, rich or poor. Together we will create a way to ensure accountability for anyone seeking to harm another during divorce whether that's a spouse or their lawyers.
