A Family Man Recover From Heart Surgery

Hi! Our loving father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and husband, Don, is fighting for his life. Don is the one who makes the most for his family and has recently undergone heart surgery to replace his valve. Unfortunately, he is suffering from post-op complications. Within the past week, he has gone from working to pay his bills and support his family to being in critical condition, on a ventilator fighting an infection and pneumonia.

The Sunday after his surgery, almost his entire family came together and went to Church. Together we prayed in hopes that God himself would heal our beloved. Thankfully, he did. Don has improved over the past few days but is not out of words yet. Although things are starting to turn around, he has a long road to recovery. He is still on and off the ventilator and under slight sedation. We are fighting with him every day.

As for the rest of us, the world does not stop turning. Unfortunately, his wife is in and out of work due to having seizures spontaneously, and there will always be bills to pay, not to mention the medical bills that will come soon after.
