A fight against Cancer - Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Hi, I’m Melissa and I’m beginning this campaign to assist Jon and his sweet family in his fight against cancer. He was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer called Mantle Cell Lymphoma, on the 10th Oct 2022. Two weeks later he got the news he was stage 4b! Sadly chemotherapy can only prolong the inevitable, not cure it. Due to this, he has chosen alternative treatments that offer him more hope and a better outcome, but, unfortunately, this costs a lot of money. So, the funds raised from this campaign will be used to ensure they can afford the medication needed, help keep their small family business open & see their daughter through school.

Jon is strong mentally & spiritually & he intends to overcome this challenge in his life. The ups, the downs, the laughs, and the tears. Most importantly it's about finding hope and having the determination to become cancer free.”

Jon, and his family, who live on the Gold Coast, are hard-working, positive people who have always given a helping hand to others when needed. Therefore, I feel it’s important that I start this campaign so that others have a chance to help Jon and his loving family.
