In the heart of Israel's inhumane occupation, my grandparents, like countless other Palestinians, are grappling with the harsh reality of potential forced displacement by the Israeli government. Their situation is further compounded by the health challenges my grandfather faces as he battles lung cancer, and the limited time frame they have to secure the funds they desperately need the government has given them till February 22nd,2024. My grandfather's struggle with lung cancer adds a layer of urgency to their predicament. Facing both health and housing crises simultaneously, the weight on their shoulders is overwhelming. The strain of his and the threat of eviction create a burden that demands our immediate attention and assistance. The 1.3 million shekels they seek may seem like a daunting amount, but every bit helps, and the immediate goal of 300,000 shekels is within reach. By coming together as a community, we can collectively make a significant impact on their lives, providing the financial relief required to address both the health and housing challenges they face.
