A Funeral Fundraiser - Tribute to Daniel Lara

With heavy hearts, we share the heartbreaking loss of Daniel Guerrero Lara. Daniel had passed away on March 23, 2025. Prior to his passing, Daniel had gone into cardiac arrest on July 3, 2024, and was medically induced into a coma that lasted several months following additional health complications. He played many roles in our lives: husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend.

Daniel was the kind of person who could light up any room with his laughter, a man full of joy who always found a way to make others smile. He had a deep love for his favorite oldies music, and if you knew him, you probably shared a moment singing along to his favorite tunes. His kindness, humor, and warmth touched so many lives, and we will miss him more than words can express.

As we navigate this difficult time, we want to give Daniel the beautiful farewell he deserves. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help us cover funeral expenses and honor his memory in a way that reflects the love and laughter he brought into the world.
