A future Special Needs Group Home

Hi, my name is Debi Holley and I am the proud mom to 3 Special Needs adults with Down Syndrome. My husband and I are trying to purchase a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home that we can fix up to become a group home where our adult children will be able to live forever and space for more adults with special needs to live in the future. I am seeking some down payment assistance so that we can proceed with the purchase of this unique house that is located across the street from our church and in town where there are more opportunities for employment within walking distance from the house.
