A Game Changer for Emrie: Hope Through Chiropractic Care

Hi friends and family,

We're reaching out to ask for your help on behalf of our sweet 7-year-old daughter, Emrie. She’s been facing a number of serious health challenges, and after extensive evaluation, we learned that specialized chiropractic care could be a vital step toward giving her the relief and healing she needs to improve her overall quality of life.

Emrie suffers from frequent seizures, chronic constipation, and significant digestive issues. She already has a G-tube, and her medical team has warned that she may need a GJ-tube if things don’t improve—something that would deeply affect her daily life and create major limitations for our family. We want to do everything we can to avoid that.

The recommended treatment from the neuro-spinal chiropractor involves 160 visits over 8 months, with hopes that it can help restore her spine and nervous system function, reduce seizures, and improve her overall well-being. Emrie currently takes 10 prescription medications and 4 additional supplements multiple times a day. The hope with chiropractic treatment is to get her off of most, if not all of these medications.

We’ve been offered a discounted full-care plan for $9,849—the most cost-effective option—but it’s a significant financial stretch. On top of that, we live in Mont Belvieu and the clinic is in Katy, which means an hour and 20 minutes of driving each way across toll roads. My wife, Heather will be making that commute four days a week with Emrie and our infant, Carsyn, attending two appointments per day for two months. That also means stepping away from work, which impacts our family financially even further. After those two months, Emrie will have a daily appointment four times a week for six months.

We’re asking for help—not just for the care itself, but for the gas, tolls, and time it will take to make this possible. Your support can make all the difference in helping us give Emrie a better quality of life.
