A good recovery for Rimas

Hello, we are two of the many friends of the lovely Rimas, a poet and musician who has been singing his songs and entertaining pub goers on Bristol’s Gloucester Road for many decades. A stalwart of the open-mike night and a big supporter of the local music scene, he has given so much to so many people over the years.

We are hoping that this page will provide a way for the many people who love and care for Rimas to give a little bit back. Rimas has just had a major heart operation. He is just out of hospital and is going to need to rest up and take it easy for a few months. This is a recuperation fund, to help tide him over, give him time to get back on his feet, without him having to worry.

Rimas doesn’t yet know this page has been set up. If you aren’t able to donate at the moment, no problem. He wouldn’t be expecting anyone to.
