Hi friends!
My name is Hayden! I’m a trans masculine guy trying to open my dream gym. My vision is for a gym that is gay af and dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community in Sacramento.This community has been a family for me. I don't know where I would be without them. Now I’m ready to give back by helping people reach their health and fitness goals and creating a safe place for people to be fit and FABULOUS. By establishing a fitness center that is dedicated to the wellbeing of LGBTQ+ individuals I am hoping to allow people to express and be their most authentic self while they work on their wellbeing.
