MAY, 10, 2017 HI FAMILY AND FRIENDS...... The Update, Shawn got very sick in early April and was admitted to the hospital on April 8th. He had SEPSIS in the bloodstream a severe case of acute septic pnemonia, and DVTs ( Blood Clots) shawn is now home taking life one day At time At this point we don't how long he'll have to be on blood thinners for the DVTs but min 3 months said the Doctors,
It's a scary situation because Shawn Loves working hard long days. Welding and doing exotic landscapes, waterfalls, and flagstone projects. Being a solo artist, relying on his strenght, working smart, not hard, but getting the job done right in the spirit of excellence, and keeping to his convictions of - A man is only as Good as his word and God is Awesome.
He has obviously been unable to work, has no idea when he will be able to return to work, needs extensive dental treatments once he is released, and the bills are piling up.
Some of you know that Shawn had skin cancer and went through chemo treatments almost all of 2015, then had radiation for an additional 4 months in 2016. He managed to work, although could not work full time, but was able to provide for his family.
His wife, Piper is on disability so is not able to help financially. She helps in SO many other ways which we are extremely grateful for.
Funds raised will help pay for the mounting medical bills, dental bills and living expenses.
