Meet C.J. & Michelle (his hard working Mom). He has Cerebral Palsy & Epilepsy. In spite of 18 surgeries you can always find this smile on his face. He enjoys being in Church but Michelle is no longer able to transport him. We need your help getting her a handicap accessible van to move CJ around.
