A hard working mother of two with breast cancer.

Hey there. My name is Naomi.
When I was a little girl I had a lot going on in my life. I was kicked out of my house every other few days, many times without shoes or a warm jacket, no food or water, just copious amounts of tears. I was labeled as a bad kid, someone to be shunned from the rest of the people in the apartment building, but Jill always took me in. She cooked for me when I was hungry found clothes and coats and whatever else I needed while her family struggled. She held me and wiped away my tears, and there were many. She gave me the hope and courage to continue on and become the woman I am today. I was only 11 then when she took me underneath her wing. Today I am 24 and still continue to cherish our bond that has grown over the years. She was always there for me and anyone else who needed a little extra love. Now it is her who needs help.
Jill was recently diagnosed with stage 1-2 breast cancer that may have spread to both breast with the possibility of chemo being in her near future. She is a hardworking loving mother with two beautiful girls now in highschool. She started her own business on a whim with her husband that has lead to some success through hard work blood sweat and sometimes tears, but now with this diagnosis she will be unable to work and continue to put food on the table for her and her family. To really add salt into the wound Jill has no medical insurance and is desperately trying to get Medicaid but in rural Missouri where the office is only open once a week, it’s been seemingly impossible. As of right now everything is coming out of pocket, so I’m asking to please donate or even just share if you are unable to donate. These are tough times for all of us here in 2022, but with a little bit of help, some positivity, and a whole lotta love we can make it through.
Any donations with be going straight to medical bills or for monthly expenses post op while Jill is healing. Thank you for reading.
