A Heart for Grace

Hi all, I come to you asking for help. My sweet niece Grace was born with a rare heart condition that she has battled all of her 16 years. She's conquered it like the queen she is, but recently it's started to win. Her heart has given up. She is currently in Texas Children's hospital waiting at the top of the list on a heart transplant and the need could not be more dire. This has put massive financial strain on the family and they could use any assistance you have to offer. They are attempting to live between 2 cities, soon to be on one income, with 2 other kiddos at home, and medical bills out the wazoo. So many of you are sending prayers and thoughts and snacks and offering to help with the practicals of life-turned-chaos. And I'm going to ask for more. I'm asking for financial help so that Grace and her family don't have to dwell on something as mundane as making ends meet, but can focus on what matters most: giving Grace the chance to live.
