A Heart For Payton

Hello, let us introduce you to Payton Himo. She was born with half a heart and is currently in the process of being moved to CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) to be put on the heart transplant list! Payton is 11 years old and a resident of Portage, Indiana. She lives with her mom Matilda Himo-Perez in Portage and in the hospital, which is a lot!

Matilda cannot work due to the fact that Payton needs full time care. Also, her aide is cut off once Payton is in the hospital 30 days in a row because they say that they are taking care of her there. However Matilda continues to have every day living and house expenses. Portage Helping Hands decided to come together and throw Payton a Benefit! It is Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 4-10 p.m. at the American Legion Post #260, 5675 Mulberry Ave., Portage, IN 46368. $20 entry fee will get you dinner, cash bar, & more! We have sponsor levels of $100 - $250 - $500 - $750 and $1,000! Please help if you can!
