In May of 2007 I found Isabelle in a well at my Dad's house in Minnesota. We literally brought her up using a small ice cream bucket and rope. I waited hours for her, but she finally stumbled close enough to the bucket, I got her in it, and up to the surface where she at least wouldn't starve to death all alone in that dark dank well.

She was just a newborn kitty with her eyes closed and barely filled my hand when I held her. I nursed her with goat milk for 2 weeks until she was able to eat wet kitty food, and during that time formed a bond that I can only imagine parents feel when they nurse their children.
Isabelle grew up with me as her daddy at the cabin in Minnesota, and with me as I traveled the country chasing work, running from my problems, and generally being lost.

No matter what we were going through she never complained of fussed, loved riding in the truck with me, and even mastered the art of litter box use while going down the highway at 75mph.

She has been there for me no matter what, one time I got myself into trouble and she got stranded in Massachusetts with strangers while I was to taking care of my problems, but 6 months later, the second I was able to get in my car and go get her, I did. I drove from Minnesota to Massachusetts and back to get her, and the way she cried and jumped up onto my leg when I walked in that room was so much relief, as I thought she might have forgotten me after not seeing me for 6 months. I knew that she not only didn't forget me, but loved and missed me while I was gone.

Isabelle has been loved and cared for as my child, and it is really hard to do what I need to do, but she is in pain, and her jaw is bleeding, and I cannot watch as she suffers, and slowly starves to death because she can no longer eat.

This is why I am asking for help. As you may or may not know, I have decided for better or worse to drive down to Pheonix in my camper to get a fresh start after so many years of being miserable and feeling trapped in Minneapolis. Unfortunately while I am working, and taking care of my absolute necessity bills like insurance, phone, food, gas, and truck maintenance, I am really living day to day, week to week, and have no savings or credit available right now to take care of Her Euthanasia and cremation.

So I am asking for help, it is embarrassing to have to do this, but Isabelle deserves to be free from her pain and suffering as soon as possible, and I cannot do it for her on my own right now.

Any donation no matter how small is a gift of mercy and grace for both Isabelle's pain, and my feelings of failure as her dad for not having the means to help her. God bless you all
