A Holiday Miracle for Mandy!

One of the earliest & most engaged gardeners in the Mind & Soil community, Mandy, has had an exceptionally tough stretch.

She recently gave birth to a baby girl, LilyAnna, two months early and with several health obstacles. At only 3lbs 3oz, LilyAnna has miraculously made it through multiple surgeries already and continuing to fight. Once she hits 6.5lbs (she's fought all the way to 6lbs so far!), she is set to have a big open heart surgery to fix some issues with her heart valves.

This all means that Mandy and her partner have been living out of the Women's Hospital since September.

And the thing is, Mandy is the Mum to two lovely boys (whose father is not in the picture nor lends any financial support) and is the caretaker for her grandma whom she has barely gotten to spend time with through the Fall.

Needless to say, it's not easy to make ends meet financially (especially these days), let alone cover the added costs of Christmas presents.

SO! Let's come together and make this the best holiday ever for Mandy (and her partner Clay), her 2 Boys, and LilyAnna!
