A Hope for Tanya Martin to Heal

This fundraiser is for my amazing sister Tanya Martin, a person who, though sick so often, always tries to put a smile on her (and everyone else’s) face. 

Our goal: To raise enough money to get her the DVC Stem Cell Treatment for her Crohn’s disease (main goal!),  and help ease the pain of her Chronic Lyme disease (added benefit).

This$20k is the treatment alone. This does not include the airfare/travel expenses abroad.

Here is her story: 

     I got sick with Crohn's disease in 2007. I was young and thought I could manage on my own.
In 2009 I had to quit my job because of Crohn's disease. I sought treatment, and was taking 21 pills a day.
    
     In 2013 I got sick with Chronic Lyme Disease, however at the time I did not know what it was, and I was unaware that I had been fighting Lyme in some capacity since 2000 when my first symptoms arose. This illness is debilitating.
     It took the next 5 years of specialist, multiple scans (mri’s), a lumbar puncture, and a misdiagnosis of MS before I found a doctor who discovered that it was Chronic Lyme.

     I’ve tried dozens of medications and protocols to try and help manage my pain, numbness and tingling, and anxiety. All with either some level of adverse effect or no effect at all.
   
     My Crohn’s is getting worse and I fear that I will have to have a surgery that will alter how I exist today.

     During one of my many attempts to research a new treatment that would have little to no adverse side effects I came upon DVC Stem. This Stem Cell treatment is only available abroad and the cost of the treatment alone is $20,000.00 this does not include airline tickets, lodging, or food.
